Mr. Nkosi is the Founder and Managing Director, serving as a trusted advisor to executives across Africa’s largest corporations. With over 18 years of versatile experience in the financial services industry, he has spearheaded initiatives at industry-leading firms spanning Banking (Retail and Wholesale), Insurance (Life and Non-Life), Asset Management, and Management Consulting.

Mr. Nkosi is a recognized expert in Credit Risk Management, Balance Sheet Management, Financial Engineering, and Value-Based Management. His expertise spans the full advisory spectrum—from Econometric Modelling, Economic Development Planning, and Feasibility Studies to Project Risk Analysis and Financial Modelling. A University of Pretoria alumnus, he holds an MBA, an Honours in Statistics, and is a Certified Financial Manager proficient in five computer languages.
